Delivery

What it costs

Nothing. Delivery is free on every order, to every country we ship to, with no minimum spend.

We would rather put one honest price on the product than add a surprise at the end.

How long it takes

We dispatch orders within 2 business days. Delivery after that usually takes 10 to 20 business days.

 If you need something by a particular date, email us before you order, and we will tell you whether it will make it.

Engraved dog tags take longer. They are made after you order, so add a few days to the estimate above.

Where we ship

If your country is offered at checkout, we ship there. If it is not, we do not ship there yet.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after you receive it. If it has not moved in 10 days, email us.

Customs and duties

Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes in your country. These are set by your government, not by us, and they are not included in the price you pay at checkout. Any charges are yours to pay.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, email contact@collarandcrest.com and we will either resend it or refund you in full. You will not have to argue with us about it.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. Once an order is dispatched, we cannot change where it is going. A parcel returned to us because of an incorrect address is refunded in full.
