These terms apply when you use collarandcrest.com or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, or a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel it and refund you in full before dispatch.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and include delivery. They do not include any import duties or taxes charged in your country. We can change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Where a product shows a struck-through price, that is our usual selling price and the lower figure is a current offer.

Product descriptions

We try hard to describe our products accurately, including what they do not do well. Colours can look different between screens, and measurements are approximate to within a few millimetres. Where we say we have not verified something ourselves, we mean it.

Personalised products

Engraved items are made to the exact text you enter and confirm at checkout. Check your spelling. We engrave what you send us, and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or differ from what you confirmed.

Using our products safely

Our products are for domestic pets and must be used as described on their product pages. Several of them carry supervision warnings — lick mats and puzzle toys in particular should never be left with an unsupervised dog. Please read those warnings. We are not liable for harm caused by using a product against the instructions we have published.

No harness, tag or feeder is a substitute for supervision, training, or veterinary advice.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
